No dormir prou durant diversos dies seguits pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives per a la nostra salut i benestar general. Afortunadament, hi ha estrat\u00e8gies efectives per millorar la qualitat del son fins i tot en les nits m\u00e9s caloroses.  <\/p>\n\n<p>La <strong>\n  <em>National Sleep Foundation <\/em>\n<\/strong>recomana per dormir una temperatura d&#8217;entre 15 i 20 graus; que en llocs com el Mediterrani o el sud d&#8217;Espanya dificilment podem veure en els mesos d&#8217;estiu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si la temperatura ambient que s&#8217;arremolina al voltant del teu llit \u00e9s c\u00e0lida i humida (com pot oc\u00f3rrer a l&#8217;estiu), aix\u00f2 dificulta el son. La temperatura del nostre cos descendeix entre un i dos graus just abans de dormir i durant el son per conservar energia i ajudar l&#8217;organisme a concentrar-se en altres mecanismes, per\u00f2 el fet d&#8217;estar tombats al llit fa que la ventilaci\u00f3 disminueixi i aix\u00f2 empitjora si dormim acompanyats.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Altres factors a tenir en compte s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"nm-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&#8217;orientaci\u00f3<\/strong> del teu habitatge i la qualitat de l&#8217;a\u00efllament, ja que si reps molta radicaci\u00f3 solar o no tens una bona ventilaci\u00f3, la calor es concentrar\u00e0 m\u00e9s al seu interior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Els t\u00e8xtils<\/strong> que fas servir al teu llit, ja que les fibres sint\u00e8tiques de la roba de llit i del teu pijama (si dorms amb un) impedeixen la bona transpiraci\u00f3 i regulaci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica.
